Sandblasting
On the ecological view point the pre-treatment of the
surfaces in our works is executed by sandblasting.
By an optimal choice of sand grain we achieve an optimum
regarding roughness and neatness of the material's surface
for the subsequent corrosion prevention.
This is how metals are completely cleaned from rust, oxidation
or paint. The neat and slightly rough surface provides a splendid
adhesion for all sorts of further treatments.
Our most modern sandblasting facilities enables us to have
done a high-quality and nevertheless reasonable cost treatment
of the steel parts.
Coating
Pre-treatment for rubber-metal compounds and Polyurethane-metal
compounds.
Varnishing
Varnishing of parts (in small or big series) in all
obtainable RAL colours.
