Versions of Eccentric-Screw-Pumps

We distinguish between maintenance free Stators and adjustable Stators.

Handling of a maintenance free Stator is extremely easy. The Rotor and Stator are joined together and can promptly be inserted into the rendering machines.

The adjustable Stators are subdivided in the group of Stators with integrated clamp and in the group of Stators with exterior clamp. In the latter group the Stator can have slots or it can be produced as a rigid outside plastic tube. After use all adjustable Stators are tightened again by turning the screws. This is the way a pressure-resistant pump is made.
